Curriculum

At Adamsville Elementary School, our curriculum reflects what children and the community need. We are ambitious and passionate about our children and this is reflected in our school motto: "A caring, fun-loving and learning community." We are committed to developing schools that are motivated to continue to develop and progress. The school values underlie everything we do and are: Celebration, Collaboration, Creativity, Equality, Honesty, Diligence and Respect. Our curriculum is designed to convey these values. Everyone at the school works hard to ensure that all our children are challenged to have age-appropriate skills and knowledge in reading, writing and arithmetic with numbers. Closing vocabulary gaps early and developing rich language across the curriculum gives children the tools they need to appreciate and participate in the world around them. We want our children to develop their voices and be able to convey their views and understandings with confidence.
